- Ensure proposal quality through interim reviews during proposal development
- Assist in leading Pink and Red team reviews of proposal
- Ensure proposal builds upon perceived corporate strengths, and mitigate weakness
- Fully leverages ghosting strategies from Black Hat review
- Integrate program planning tools into the Bid and Proposal process
- Demonstrate credible program execution plans
- Mitigate program risk through comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule
- Link timely design completion to successful build program
